Delivery time:
Your order will typically take 6 to 10 days to arrive.
Outside of the United States and Canada, your shipment time will vary depending upon the type of service you select.

For orders outside the continental United States; call or email us for a shipping quote - or place you order and we will notify you of the shipping charges for your approval before processing your order.

Since most of our imported acent furniture is from Europe - please allow 10-12 weeks for delivery. Please check each individual item for estimated shipping time.

Payment
1) Online via Credit Card- you may place your order online through our secure site with your credit card information. select Credit Card as your payment method at checkout. A confirmation of your order will be emailed to you and your order will be processed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express

2) Online via Money Order- you may place your order online through our secure site, and select Phone/Fax or Mail as your payment method at checkout. You then send us a money order payable to Bedroom Essentials. Your order will be shipped to you once the funds clear.

3) Phone/Fax via Credit Card - If you prefer not to enter your credit card number on line, select Phone/Fax or Mail as your payment method at checkout. Alternately, you may print out your email confirmation, complete the information and fax to us at (212) 214-0667.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via UPS. Regular ground shipping is $6.99 for orders up to $200.00 and FREE for orders over $200.00 (after Spend and Save Discount is applied). If you require special shipping such as Next day air, 2nd day air or 3 day select, please let us know in the comment section of the order form and we will contact you with the charges before filling your order.

Return Policy:
Bedroom esentials.com is dedicated to delighting you with your bedding purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the following guidelines.

Our products must be returned within 30 days of purchase; for manufacturer defects or unused items. Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition.

There is a 30% restocking fee for all furniture.

Lifetime Warranty Information:
Most of DownTown Company's products feature a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship. Requests for warranty support past 30 days are to be directed to DownTown Company for assistance. Replacement is at the discretion of DownTown Company. Please Call 800-776-Down.

An exchange,or method of payment refund may be requested when returning merchandise. Refunds of purchases will be credited to your credit card within two weeks.
